Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$50 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service hours. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in will be done electronically. A member of the staff will contact you three days before arrival. Housekeeping services will not be offered. The property is unable to offer trash removal service. Guests currently to take out their own garbage. There is a mandatory curfew in the city of Delray every night from 00:00 - 6:00 until further notice. We are expecting to start painting the buildings beginning Septemeber 5, until further notice. At that time, we will have to have some of the upstairs units shut down. Please expect debris, and noise during this time. Dover House will have painting/construction from April 16, 2023 to July 1st 2023. Noise and debris may affect the guest's stay during business hours. Notice of Construction Dates: July 8th - September 1st Important Information for Guests: Dust and Debris: Expect visible dust and debris in and around the construction area. Noise: Noise levels may be higher than usual during regular business hours. Resort Operations: The resort will remain open, with efforts made to minimize disturbances.
